Market research and customers satisfaction is a key component in any organization's success.
With this in mind we sent a survey to our customers running Asterisk and QueueMetrics. It was an anonymous online form completed in October-November 2013.
As far as we know, this is the first study of its kind in the Asterisk worldwide community.
The results were surprising.
